Around 3.30 PM - TM Point Serdang
I have some problem with my UNIFI bills. Ive noticed they have charged my credit card twice the same amount that ive should have paid. I think that would be my fault in the first place. After I pay the ONE OFF payment, I applied for the AUTOPAY. Well how shud i know you guys wouldnt check whether ive paid or not before charging me again. Thats a different story, nothing to do with this one.
First action - normally i would just call since im working. Ive tried calling the call centre and tired of listening to
"Your call is important to us. Please Hold. Im sorry our representative are engaged at the moment. Please hold"
So, ive decided to take some time to drive to the nearest TM Point to solve this matter. All i need is just a clarification that both the transaction are received by TM. Printed all the documents. I even took the effort of printing my CC statement and asked the bank to certify it. (Yeah im two steps ahead of the TM Point officer)
I arrived there, talk to the lady in the front desk regarding my problem. You know what she said? Have you tried calling the CALL CENTRE.
Yes the freaking CALL CENTRE. You know what my brain translated that to? Its like her mouth is saying this to my face
"Your call is important to us. Please Hold. Im sorry our representative are engaged at the moment. Pleae Hold".
Are you dumb lady? I wouldnt be standing in front of you if i had gotten through the FREAKING CALL CENTRE. THATS WHY IM HERE YOU FREAKING MORON!!. URGHHH!!! All the effort that i made, just to hear she said - HAVE YOU TRIED CALLING THE CALL CENTRE?
I grabbed my document and left with a sarcastic look.
I ended up in the office trying to call the Call Centre. Fortunately the line was not engaged. The guy on the other end manage to clarify that my account is negative meaning i dont have to pay next month bill. Well great.
